Saving your back and shoulders from overuse first means looking at how you’re moving at work. A lot of us do a move without thinking about it and can survive it because it may be only one move or we are young enough to bull our way through it. But you can do that for only so long. Let’s think about this for a few seconds.
There is a best way to move to help you get through this project and the next. In sports you always move and create power by starting the move with the biggest muscles and joints first and then follow through with the smaller ones. That means moving the joints closer to the inside of your body, and that includes the core, first. Take a look at the images below and I’m sure that they will help top point some things out:
